Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Support Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract for a leading provider of eCommerce solutions to publishing companies.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company whose technology underpins the online platforms of trade, academic and educational publishers. You’ll be part of a collaborative Support Team that works directly with publisher clients to resolve queries and deliver solutions.

In this role you’ll respond to customer enquiries, manage and test support and maintenance tickets, and update platforms including Shopify and WordPress. You’ll also deliver training for publisher clients on the company’s products and services, ensuring the systems are used to their full potential.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer support, with strong organisational and communication skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, with good working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Excel. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify or basic HTML would be an advantage.

The salary is £30,000 – £35,000 plus eligibility for a shared maintenance bonus and company benefits. The role is based in central London on a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two from home, with the flexibility to work remotely abroad for up to two weeks during the year. This is a one-year contract with the potential to become permanent.
