Think Selection is recruiting a Senior Education Partnerships Executive for an established London-based organisation providing digital content and subscription services to the education sector.

The role will focus on developing partnerships with universities and other higher education institutions, introducing the organisation's digital content and subscription services to prospective customers and generating new business. You'll also develop existing partnerships, encouraging continued engagement and identifying opportunities for further growth.

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within educational publishing, EdTech or a business providing services to universities and other higher education institutions. You'll need strong communication skills, commercial confidence and experience developing new business and engaging with senior decision-makers.

This is an opportunity to develop your commercial experience within an established organisation, with the potential to progress into a more senior role. An interest in education and the ability to understand the needs of different organisations will be important, together with the enthusiasm and determination to develop new business opportunities.

The position offers a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a benefits package including hybrid working of a minimum 3 days per week based from London offices, pension contribution and healthcare benefits.
