Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Think Selection is delighted to be working exclusively with a respected independent trade publisher to find a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and creative team.
In this newly created role, you’ll lead the digital marketing and social media strategy for a varied and vibrant list of trade fiction titles. You’ll be responsible for shaping digital campaigns, creating and commissioning content, and building brand presence across multiple channels, with a particular focus on social media.
You’ll also manage influencer outreach and community engagement, ensuring campaigns are integrated and audience-focused. Working closely with internal teams and freelancers, you’ll play a key role in driving discoverability and engagement across online and retail channels.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director. The team operates on a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum two to three days a week in the central London office.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing—ideally with experience working in fiction genres in book publishing—with hands-on experience of running content-led campaigns. A deep understanding of platform-specific trends is important, along with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for data-driven analysis.
