Think Selection is delighted to be partnering with a commercial fiction book publishing company to find a Senior Designer to join its design team.

This is a hands-on cover design role working on commercial fiction titles and series across genres including crime, thriller, romance and fantasy. You’ll create covers from concept through to finished artwork, along with related digital assets.

We are looking for a designer with strong commercial instincts, excellent typography and a clear understanding of what works visually in genre publishing. You’ll need professional cover design experience, ideally gained within trade publishing, together with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

The role offers creative responsibility, direct involvement in cover concepts, and the opportunity to join a commercial fiction book publisher in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in London with hybrid working. A very competitive salary, plus company benefits, are on offer.
