Sales Operations Executive
A children’s educational publishing company has asked Think Selection to find a Sales Operations Executive to join its team.
This is a varied, hands-on role at the centre of the company’s sales and operations activity. You’ll handle customer orders, including online sales and key trade accounts, ensuring orders are processed and shipped on time. You’ll arrange UK and international deliveries and prepare orders for dispatch.
You’ll also prepare proforma quotes and invoices, organise sales and marketing materials for campaigns and events, and handle the practical administration that underpins sales activity.
As part of the role, you’ll respond to customer enquiries, answer incoming phone calls, send out samples, and ensure queries are resolved or passed to the relevant colleague when needed. You’ll also maintain customer data and assist with administration linked to digital products.
The role will suit someone at entry-level, or with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in sales support, customer service or operations, ideally within publishing or another product-based business. You’ll have a strong eye for detail and a highly organised approach, and be comfortable managing a varied workload.
The role is based in the company’s offices to the north of London, with hybrid working offered.
