A unique senior opportunity has arisen in children’s publishing. Think Selection has been asked exclusively to find a commercially driven and collaborative UK Sales Director to lead its Trade Sales team and manage key national accounts.

This is a pivotal leadership role in an independent publishing environment. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior team, you’ll shape and drive the company’s UK trade sales strategy, oversee an experienced sales and marketing team and help bring an inspiring range of children’s books and brands to retailers across the UK.

You will personally manage a selection of major retail accounts and play a hands-on role in title planning, campaign development and identifying new business opportunities. The company is looking for someone with strong experience in UK trade sales, a confident understanding of the retail landscape, and a genuine enthusiasm for children’s publishing.

The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern and offers a highly competitive salary with bonus potential.
