This is a senior position with responsibility for developing and delivering a fast growing commercial programme. You’ll lead a small team dedicated to acquiring and managing a growing roster of authors, using market insight to identify high-potential writers.

Working closely with senior management, you’ll ensure authors are expertly guided from contract through to taking the books to market.

You’ll bring a proven background in developing authors, whether from an editorial or sales environment, with a clear understanding of what drives commercial performance in genre publishing.

The role calls for a strong communicator and decisive leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is motivated by ambitious growth targets.
