Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Operations Executive on behalf of a dynamic international company at the forefront of content and technology services.

As Operations Executive you’ll work at the heart of a business that combines cutting-edge translation with expert editorial input.

You’ll coordinate the translation of book projects from English into European languages, with German as the immediate priority, ensuring a smooth workflow between clients, editors and the operational team.

Day to day you’ll act as the first point of contact for publisher clients and freelance editors, oversee workflows and monitor the delivery of translated titles.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone starting their career or for an early-career professional, with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and a genuine interest in technology. Fluency in German is essential, and knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.

The role is full-time, based in Central London with hybrid working of a minimum two days per week in the offices. A salary of £30,000–£35,000 is offered, which will depend on your experience, together with benefits including 25 days holiday and company pension contribution.
