Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Operations & Amazon Executive for a successful independent publisher based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Sales team in a varied role supporting the commercial and operational side of the company. Combining sales reporting, publishing operations and Amazon account administration, you'll play an important part in ensuring the Sales team has accurate information to support informed business decisions.

You'll produce regular sales activity reports, analyse BookScan and other sales data, provide commercial reporting, monitor stock levels and potential reprints, check that book metadata and pricing are accurate across internal systems, and provide administrative support to the Sales team.

You'll also be responsible for the administration of the company's Amazon account, monitoring purchase orders, pricing, inventory, ebook promotions and title availability. In addition, you'll review Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns, report on their performance and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and confidence working with data. You'll enjoy producing sales reports, managing a varied workload and using Excel to analyse information and identify trends. An interest in books and publishing would be an advantage.
