Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a new digital-focused fiction publishing company launching its first books in 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital-savvy marketer who wants to play a key role in shaping a company from the ground up. You’ll have real ownership and influence from the start, helping to shape how books are launched, how audiences are reached, and how the publishing brand grows. If you’re passionate about books, thrive on data and strategy, and love reaching readers through smart, creative campaigns – this could be your next step.

You’ll work closely with the founding team on campaign planning, digital advertising, author communication, and the hands-on execution needed to bring each title to market. The role is varied and rewarding, and ideal for someone who’s excited to grow with the business.

As well as managing paid media (Meta, Amazon, Google Ads), you’ll lead organic content across social channels, build email marketing journeys, contribute to metadata and pricing decisions, shape campaign materials, and help establish the practical systems that will scale as the list grows.

Working with advanced analytics tools and a collaborative leadership team, you’ll keep authors closely informed, feed into brand strategy, and support across operational and sales areas as needed.
