Key Account Manager
Think Selection has been appointed to recruit a Key Account Manager on behalf of a well established UK-based gift business that supplies major retail partners.
The company works with a wide range of UK retail partners and is known for building long term relationships based on quality ranges and reliable service.
This is a customer facing role focused on managing established relationships and developing key accounts in nontrade channels.
The scope of the role can be shaped around your experience. If your strength lies in new business development, the emphasis will be on opening new accounts and establishing those relationships. If you bring deeper key account management experience, the focus will be on growing existing customers through range development and structured commercial planning.
Candidates may come from a sales background in books, gifts or toys, or from a closely related retail sector. The role will suit someone who enjoys direct contact with buyers, understands retail buying cycles, and values long term commercial relationships.
Salary will depend on experience, with a competitive overall package on offer.
