Think Selection is recruiting an IT Manager for a well-established publishing company. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the stability, security and development of the company’s IT infrastructure across the company. You will lead the IT function and work closely with senior leadership to ensure systems are robust, secure and fit for purpose.

You will oversee IT strategy implementation, manage business-critical projects, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The role includes responsibility for cyber security reviews, secure data management and AI use.

You will also support e-commerce operations, ensuring website performance and integrations with title, inventory and distribution systems run smoothly. Externally, you will manage key technology suppliers and software licensing. Internally, you will oversee an IT team and manage the annual IT budget.

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager, ideally with exposure to publishing or content-led businesses. You will be confident managing complex systems, explaining technical issues to colleagues across the company, and delivering projects within budget.
