A rare opportunity has come up with our client, a leading independent publisher of books, graphic novels and comics who have asked Think Selection to find a Head of Rights to manage and oversee their Rights sales activities.

You’ll be responsible for the rights sales of genre fiction including crime, YA, sci-fi and horror, and high profile illustrated licensed entertainment tie-ins – across book, comic, graphic novel and audio formats.

Working closely with key stakeholders in sales, editorial and senior management and managing a Rights Executive, you’ll drive all foreign rights sales through selling direct and managing a small network of sub-agents, and you’ll attend the key international rights fairs.

We’re looking for someone with several years’ rights sales experience. A competitive salary is on offer to the successful candidate and hybrid working is offered which includes regular days each week working from the company’s London offices.
