Head of Marketing - (Education)
Think Selection is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Head of Marketing for a well- established and highly-regarded independent education publishing company that specialises in producing high-quality primary education resources adopted by schools globally.
As Head of Marketing, you’ll have full responsibility for marketing the company’s programmes to schools, teachers and distribution partners. You’ll lead the marketing and play a central role in how the company communicates the value, use and outcomes of its print and digital products.
This hands-on campaign delivery role includes management of a small team. You will set the overall marketing approach and lead the planning and execution of campaigns that support both established programmes and newer digital products. This includes responsibility for content, campaigns and channels, with social media playing a key role in communicating directly with teachers and educators in building long term engagement with the brand.
You’ll also oversee e-commerce, and work with international distributors to provide marketing materials that can be used internationally to drive local adoptions of the resources.
The role would suit an experienced marketing manager who is looking for a role with real ownership and influence. You will be comfortable leading the marketing function, delivering campaigns yourself, and working across print and digital products.
