An award-winning commercial fiction publisher is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead high-impact campaigns across their fast-growing list.

This is a senior role within the communications team, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will oversee brand marketing strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns for front-list authors, and drive digital advertising across social media platforms.

The successful candidate will bring proven book publishing marketing experience, ideally at senior marketing manager or digital marketing manager level, with evidence of running creative campaigns for brand authors and delivering measurable results. A strong knowledge of paid advertising, email strategy, and organic social media is essential.

The role offers the opportunity to shape campaigns for major commercial fiction authors, contribute to the development of the company’s brand strategy, and, with potential for line management responsibility within the team.

The company operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and publishes across eBook, audio and print, including a significant number of high-profile front-list campaigns.
