Education Partnerships Manager

Mid-Level
Salary:
Up to £60k

Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Education Partnerships Manager for a London based media and education company operating at the intersection of ideas, culture and debate.

The organisation produces high profile live events and distributes recorded talks and discussions through a fast- growing subscription platform used by universities and schools worldwide.

Your role will focus on building and growing institutional subscriptions, with a strong emphasis on new business. You’ll identify and approach universities and other education providers, initiate subscription trials, and convert those trials into long term partnerships.

You’ll be part of a small education-focused team, with line management responsibilities potentially included. Alongside new business activity, you will manage and develop existing institutional accounts to maximise retention and value.

A key part of the role is identifying where the content fits within existing courses and applying that insight to increase adoption, renewal and account growth.

The market focus is primarily UK higher education, with some international scope. This is a commercially driven role suited to someone comfortable opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and maintaining momentum with clients.

We are looking for candidates with experience in sales and partnerships development within the education sector, ideally involving subscription content or software services sold to universities or libraries.

The role is full time with hybrid working of 3 days per week in Central London offices. A highly competitive salary, bonus potential and a broader benefits package is also offered.

This appointment is being handled by Danny Parnes at Think Selection. For further details, please send your CV and current salary, or expectations, to – danny@thinkselection.com - or you can call on 07958 208817 for a brief, exploratory chat.
