A highly regarded independent publishing house is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their collaborative and forward-thinking marketing team.

This new role offers an opportunity to lead and deliver creative digital marketing campaigns across a diverse list of trade titles. With a strong emphasis on digital strategy, you’ll be responsible for managing content across owned and paid channels, growing social media engagement, and driving discoverability through targeted campaigns.

You’ll create and commission digital assets, shape brand storytelling, and use performance data to optimise reach and impact. Influencer outreach and community management will be a core part of your work, and you’ll collaborate closely with in-house teams, freelancers and authors to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this is a permanent, full-time role based in central London, with hybrid working (minimum three office days per week).

We’re looking for someone with a solid track record in digital marketing—preferably from within trade publishing. You’ll be fluent in platform trends, confident producing high-quality content, and skilled at balancing creativity with commercial focus.

The salary is up to £40,000, depending on experience, with a range of company benefits.
