Think Selection is recruiting for a well-established and successful London-based publishing company seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join its fiction design team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing fiction list, designing across a broad range of commercial fiction and playing an important part in the creative development of its covers.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ fiction book cover design experience and a strong portfolio of published covers.

You’ll be responsible for designing fiction titles from initial concepts through to print-ready artwork, including covers and supporting sales materials. You’ll be creating original imagery, including photo manipulation, and developing distinctive and commercially effective cover designs.

You’ll need strong typography and creative design skills, a good understanding of print processes and Adobe Creative Suite, and an awareness of current fiction cover design.

The position is London-based with hybrid working and a minimum of two days a week in the office from the outset. A salary of up to £35,000 is offered.
