Salary:
Competitive - on enquiry

An independent publishing company has asked Think Selection to find an Author Relations Executive to join its London-based team.

This is a varied entry to early career publishing role with regular author contact and responsibility for helping publications move smoothly from pre-publication through to release.

You’ll communicate with authors throughout the publication process, answering queries, providing updates on publication schedules and release dates, coordinating publication information, and ensuring authors receive clear communication at each stage of the process.

The role also includes coordinating feedback on covers, arranging author copies and preparing author and publication information ahead of release dates.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in production, design and marketing, helping ensure publication schedules, materials and communications are kept organised and up to date.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced publishing environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role, including a minimum of three days per week based from the company's London offices. A competitive salary and company benefits are on offer.

To apply, please send your CV to Julia Brown at Think Selection: julia@thinkselection.com

We’d like to respond to every applicant, but due to the volume of enquiries we may not be able to reply to everyone individually. Thank you for your understanding.
